Cookies we use

The Acvoria website sets cookies through three tools: Google Tag Manager (GTM-MZ2R8KM6), the container that loads the two tools below onto the page and does not itself set a cookie; Google Analytics (GA4, measurement ID G-F72VD08H3Z), to measure site traffic; and Microsoft Clarity, to produce heatmaps and session recordings (session replay) from page interactions.

Beyond these three tools, no social media pixel, advertising network or other third-party tracking script is used. There is currently no cookie consent/preference panel on the site; you can manage cookies through the methods described under "How to manage these cookies" below.

Cookie list

First-party cookies set by the analytics tools:

• _ga (Google Analytics) — distinguishes visitors from one another, retained for around 2 years.
• _ga_F72VD08H3Z (Google Analytics, specific to our GA4 property) — persists session state, retained for around 2 years.
• _clck (Microsoft Clarity) — persists the Clarity user ID and preferences across sessions, retained for around 1 year.
• _clsk (Microsoft Clarity) — links multiple page views within the same visit into a single session recording, retained for less than a day.
• Microsoft's own documentation for Clarity also lists cookies named CLID, ANONCHK, MR and MUID as ones the script may set; whether each of these actually fires on this deployment can vary by visit. See Microsoft Clarity's own cookie documentation for the current list.
• Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookie; it only loads the two tools above.

Browser storage used alongside cookies

In addition to cookies, two technical values are kept in your browser's own storage. These are not cookies, are never sent to our server, and cannot be used to identify you.

• acvoria-locale — remembers whether you chose Turkish or English. Held in local storage until you clear your browser data.
• acvoria_intro_played — marks that the intro animation has already played in this session so it does not repeat on every page. Removed when you close the tab.

How to manage these cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site continues to work afterwards — only your language preference resets, the intro animation plays once more, and the analytics tools count you as a new visitor.

For Google Analytics specifically, you can use Google's official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to disable data collection by that tool at the browser level.

International transfer

Data collected via the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies is transferred to Google's and Microsoft's servers respectively, in the countries where their infrastructure is located — including the United States. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party links

The site contains WhatsApp links. Following one takes you to WhatsApp, at which point WhatsApp/Meta's own cookie and privacy policies apply.
