This website uses Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM, which loads GA4 onto the page) and Microsoft Clarity to measure how visits happen. These tools place cookies in your browser, and your usage data is transferred to Google's and Microsoft's servers, abroad. Details are in "What we process" and "International transfer" below, and in the Cookie Policy.
There is no field anywhere on the site into which you enter data — no contact form, no sign-up, no chat. When you want to reach us you use email, phone or WhatsApp, and only the information you send through those channels is processed.

What we process
The site has no contact form, no membership system, no user accounts and no payment processing. Nothing is collected or received on our behalf beyond the following:
- Your language preference, stored in your browser's local storage under the key "acvoria-locale". It is never sent to our server.
- Whether the intro animation has played in this session, stored in session storage under "acvoria_intro_played" and cleared when you close the tab.
- Standard web server access logs, kept at our hosting provider's infrastructure level, which typically include IP address and request details.
- Via Google Analytics (GA4) cookies "_ga" and "_ga_F72VD08H3Z": device and browser information, an approximate location derived from your IP address, pages visited, session duration and traffic source.
- Via Microsoft Clarity cookies "_clck" and "_clsk": your on-page interactions (clicks, scrolling, pointer/touch movement) and the session recordings (session replay) and heatmap data derived from them.
- Google Tag Manager is the container that loads the two tools above onto the page; it does not itself set a cookie or send data.
Purposes and legal basis
Language preference and interface state are processed to make the site usable and never leave your browser.
Server access logs are retained on the basis of legitimate interest in security and service continuity.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are used to measure website traffic, analyse usage behaviour, and improve site performance and user experience, on the same legitimate-interest basis.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the information you send is processed solely in order to answer you.
International transfer
Because the site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, your usage data is transferred to Google's and Microsoft's infrastructure respectively, in the countries where those companies' servers are located — including the United States. This transfer is limited to the data listed under "What we process" above.
Beyond these two tools, the site issues no requests to any third-party service; site content is served from our own domain.
One further transfer depends on your own choice: if you click a WhatsApp link, the conversation continues on WhatsApp, and from that point WhatsApp/Meta's own policies apply.
Who receives data
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Data is transferred only in these cases:
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited — via Google Analytics (GA4), limited to the usage data described above.
- Microsoft Corporation / Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited — via Microsoft Clarity, limited to the interaction and session-recording data described above.
- The hosting provider — at the level of server access logs.
- If you click a WhatsApp link, the conversation continues on WhatsApp, where WhatsApp/Meta's own policies apply.
Retention
The language preference remains in your browser until you clear it; the session flag is removed when you close the tab.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies are subject to those tools' own default or configured retention periods; current periods are documented by each provider (see the Cookie Policy).
Server access logs are kept only for security and service continuity, and only for as long as that purpose requires.
Enquiries you send us by email are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet our obligations under applicable law.
Your rights
Under KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to processing.
You can block or delete analytics cookies from your browser's cookie settings at any time; the site continues to work if you do. For Google Analytics specifically, you can use Google's official Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. There is currently no separate cookie-preference panel on the site.
Requests can be sent to info@acvoria.com. We respond within the period prescribed by the Law and reply through the same channel.
Changes
This policy is updated whenever the site's technical behaviour changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its effective date shown at the top.
